Google API Disclosure

Form Pilot’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Form Pilot ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our service that converts Google Sheets into interactive forms.

Important: We do not store, collect, or retain any personal data or form submissions in our databases. Our service acts solely as a middleware tool that facilitates communication between your browser and Google Sheets.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Authentication Tokens

To enable a secure connection to your Google account, we use OAuth 2.0 authentication. We store the following tokens only inside secure, HTTP-only cookies:

• Access Token: Expires in 7 days
• Refresh Token: Expires in 30 days

These cookies exist only on your device and are never stored in our database or backend.

2.2 Form Data

When a user submits a form, the data is sent directly to your Google Sheet via Google's API. We do not store, copy, or log any form data.

2.3 Analytics

We use Google Analytics for anonymous usage metrics such as page views and time spent.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data ONLY to:

• Authenticate your Google account
• Read Google Sheets structure
• Append form submissions to your sheet
• Improve service performance

We DO NOT:

• Store personal data
• Share or sell any data
• Use Google data for ads or marketing
• Modify or delete your Google Sheets

4. Data Storage and Retention

We do not store any user or form data. All sensitive data remains on your device or inside your own Google account.

5. Google OAuth and Permissions

We request the minimum necessary OAuth scopes:

• Google Drive (read-only listing of Sheets)
• Google Sheets (read structure + append data)

Permissions can be revoked anytime at:Google Account Permissions

6. Cookies

We use secure HTTP-only cookies for token storage. No tracking cookies are used.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

• Google APIs
• Google Analytics

8. Data Security

All communication is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
